Accepted via the Tox-Away Program at the Columbus/Bartholomew Recycling Center Tuesday - Friday 7:30-4:30. Limit 5 gallons per visit.
GIFT WRAP/WRAPPING PAPER
Clean wrapping paper without foil or glitter is accepted for recycling at the Columbus Bartholomew Recycling Center during Holiday Recycling. Separate from other papers. Tissue paper is not recyclable.
Any clear, green, blue, or brown glass bottle or jar which held a food or beverage can be recycled. Empty and rinse; discard caps and corks in the trash. Labels and neck rings are okay, as they can be sorted out at the recycling facility.
The following types of glass cannot be recycled: light bulbs, window glass, auto glass, broken glass, drinking glasses, Pyrex/bakeware, mirrors.

Dispose of in the garbage after solidifying.
Can be recycled at BCSWMD facilites if there is no glitter or foil on the card. Separate from other types of paper. Can be donated to the Little Red School House for reuse by Bartholomew County educators.
Paper: Accepted for recycling at all BCSWMD facilities. Must be clean and dry.
Plastic: Check with local retailers for recycling programs. Not accepted for recycling at any BCSWMD facility.
