Free Compost and Mulch:
Bartholomew County residents can self load compost and mulch any time of the year during regular S.W.M.D office hours of Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, as supplies are available. The Columbus/Bartholomew Yard Waste Site is located at 720 S. Mapleton, adjacent to the recycling center. Call the District office at 376-2614 for information on availability.

Thursday- 7:30am-6pm
Friday- 8am-3:30pm
Saturday- 8am-3:30pm
