Loading of Compost and Mulch:

Loading of compost and mulch is available April 1st through October 31st on Friday's only from 2:00pm - 4:30pm. Cost is $10 per pick-up truck load. Stop by the Columbus/Bartholomew Recycling Center office located at 720 S. Mapleton and pay the fee before going to the loading area. Single axle vehicles only. No businesses or contractors please.

Senior Loading

Senior Loading for 2011 will take place Wednesday, March 23rd and 30th 8am-10am. Senior citizens of Bartholomew County are welcome to stop by the Yard Waste site located adjacent to the Columbus/Bartholomew Recycling Center and be loaded with up to one pick-up truck load of mulch or compost at no cost.

Thursday- 7:30am-6pm
Friday- 8am-3:30pm
Saturday- 8am-3:30pm
