Bartholomew County Landfill
Residents and businesses can now recycle their computers on a year round basis at the Bartholomew County Landfill, 811 E. 450 S. Computer is defined as the central processing unit (CPU, the “box”), monitors, keyboards, mouse, scanners, and printers. We will accept up to two (2) monitors, or systems per person per day for no charge. Those individuals wishing to dispose of more than two per day will be charged $6.00 per monitor or system. Businesses wishing to dispose of more than 10 systems must contact our office at 376-2614 press 5 then 3, or the reuse center to ensure we have adequate space for their delivery.
Televisions
Accepted at the Bartholomew County Landfill for Disposal.
Are NOT accepted at any BCSWMD facility for recycling.

Tech Reconnect
Residents can also recycle up to 2 computers with peripherals at Tech Reconnect located behind SANS SOUCI at 1526 13th Street. Hours are Monday - Thursday from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. - Ph. 812.314.2730 Note: Residents disposing of larger quantities should call 812.376.2614.

Goodwill accepts the following items for recycling at its retail/donation locations. These items do not need to be in working order, but customers are responsible for removing all personal information before the donation occurs.
